We have enhanced the online services available to shareholders through our website. Now, shareholders may check their account information online as well as purchase and redeem Fund shares. The Fund’s Board of Directors decided
at its meeting on April 11, 2008 to reopen the Fund to new
investors effective May 1, 2008. It is not our intention to
grow the size of the Fund rapidly. If we find we are not identifying
enough good ways to invest our shareholders’ incremental
capital contributions, we will advise the Board of Directors
accordingly. The Fund reserves the right to close again. <read
